Our Professional Services organization is comprised of highly trained agents leveraging years of proven process and technology expertise to help clients achieve the greatest business value and ROI from licensing programs through Poetic. We work directly with clients throughout the implementation process to translate unique business requirements into a customized system configuration ready to provide a low-touch, low-cost sales and renewal management engine.
A Poetic implementation has three phases:
- Design. During initial design we assess a client’s technology systems and business requirements to determine process and data flows, system integration requirements, training needs and customization specifications, among other key elements. Leveraging this knowledge a project plan is developed and approved.
- Execution. We then begin coding and testing of customization requirements and assist the client with full installation, configuration, data migration and integration with key business systems, including ERP, CRM, financial, fulfillment, inventory management and customer/channel portals, among others. During this phase we also conduct operational and technical training.
- Deployment. The final phase of implementation involves functional testing and go-live support, including full assistance with transition and production support and end-user training.
